Ratings out of 5 across twelve dimensions of reporting quality and performance.
Three reporting years as stated in the report. Change uses points for percentages. Green means the metric moved the way it should.

The dashed line is a straight path from the 2021/22 baseline to a 50% cut by FY2030. The baseline bar is derived from the report's statement that 2025/26 is 1% above it.
Bangladesh natural gas is 72% of Scope 1. The Scope 2 fall came mainly from cleaner national grids, with no new solar added.
Sri Lanka and India are grid-electricity footprints. Bangladesh is almost all on-site gas.
Only five categories are counted. Employee commuting is about 70% of the total, which is unusual for an apparel manufacturer.
Gigajoules. Renewables are mostly biomass, which is not yet certified as sustainably sourced. Grid and gas are combined because the PDF chart labels could not be separated reliably.
Share of total energy from biomass and on-site solar. Earlier years as restated in the energy section.
tCO2e. The phase-out target is 2030, yet emissions more than doubled this year. The report also states the ODS figure in the wrong unit.
Megalitres. Withdrawal rose 14% and groundwater rose about 75%, while the report describes progress toward eliminating groundwater. Source split read from the report's charts.
Tonnes. Waste sent to disposal has nearly tripled in two years while total waste stayed flat.
Share of solid waste diverted from disposal, against the 2027 target.
Share of priority raw materials. Thin bar 2024/25, thick bar 2025/26. Virgin-fossil polyester rose by about ten points.
Share of raw materials with a recognised sustainability certification, against the 2027 target.
Headcount at year end, excluding an affiliated company. Bangladesh grew 35% over two years.
Exits exceeded hires by almost 3,000, yet the report says headcount rose 0.6%. The two cannot both be right.
Women are most of the workforce but few of its managers. Dashed line: the 27% women-in-management target.
Accidents per 200,000 hours worked across about 97 million hours.
Per 200,000 hours. Rose this year, partly because Bangladesh began standard incident reporting.
